🎓 Basic Qualifications

Applicants should fulfill the following requirements:

✅ Should be a Sri Lankan citizen
✅ Ability to communicate in English language
✅ Possess a valid Sri Lankan Driving Licence
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance-related work including:

🔧 Electrical work
🧱 Masonry work
🚰 Plumbing work
🔩 Welding work
🎨 Painting work
and other maintenance duties

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Basic Salary: Rs. 30,578/-

💵 Monthly Allowance: Rs. 19,525/-

💵 Daily Stipend: Rs. 100/- (Attendance Allowance)

Additional benefits:

✔ Overtime payments available
✔ Employees Provident Fund (EPF) benefits
✔ 12% EPF contribution
✔ 3% ETF contribution
