🎓 Academic & Professional Qualifications

Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka and fulfill one of the following:

✔ Option A – Degree Qualification

A degree with:

• 2nd Class Upper Division / First Class
  OR
• Minimum GPA 3.5 / 4.0

From a university recognized by the UGC Sri Lanka in disciplines such as:

Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HR, Engineering, Computer Science, ICT, Law, International Business, Agriculture, Physical Science or related Banking & Finance fields.

✔ Option B – Degree + Postgraduate Qualification

Degree plus Master’s (or higher) in relevant discipline.

✔ Option C – IBSL Qualification + Degree

• DBF / DABF (IBSL)
  OR
• Diploma in Banking – CIB UK
• Relevant Degree

✔ Option D – Professional Qualification + Degree

Full qualification of:

• ICA-SL
• ACCA (UK)
• CFA (USA)
• CIMA (UK)
• ICAEW
• CMA (SL)
• CIM (UK)
• Relevant Degree

👤 Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 Years
• Maximum: 28 Years
  (as at 03.03.2026)

(Born between 04.03.1998 and 03.03.2008)

📝 Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

1️⃣ Onsite Supervised Written Examination conducted by Open University of Sri Lanka

2️⃣ Interview for shortlisted candidates

Examination Structure

Paper I

• English Language
• Analytical Skill / IQ
• Psychometric Test

Paper II

• Medium: Sinhala / Tamil / English
  (Only one medium allowed and cannot be changed)

Examination centers will be located in Colombo.
