💼 Job Description
The selected Manager (Digital) will be responsible for:
- 🚀 Developing and implementing digital media strategies aligned with ITN’s business goals.
- 💰 Achieving revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- 📱 Planning, organizing and managing digital news, programme content and social media activities.
- 📊 Managing digital advertising campaigns and monitoring their performance.
- 📈 Using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite for campaign analysis and reporting.
- 🎯 Optimizing campaigns to improve ROI, KPIs, click-through rates and conversions.
- 🤝 Working with content, design and production teams to maintain brand consistency.
- 🔍 Monitoring digital marketing trends, algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- 💼 Managing budgets for digital media campaigns.
- 📑 Preparing detailed reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- 🏢 Carrying out administrative and other duties assigned by the organization.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Applicants should possess either of the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka in:
- Marketing Management
- Digital Marketing and Communication
- Digital Media
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
➕ OR
🎓 Option 2
A Master’s Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka in:
- Marketing Management
- Digital Marketing and Communication
- Digital Media
- Information Technology

🧑💼 Required Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of thirteen (13) years of managerial-level experience in a relevant field, including:
- 📱 Digital media strategy
- 📣 Digital marketing
- 📰 Digital news and programme content
- 🌐 Social media management
- 📢 Digital advertising campaigns
- ✍️ Content creation
- 📊 Campaign performance analysis
- 💰 Digital media budget management
- 📈 Related digital media functions
The experience should preferably be gained in a Corporation, Statutory Board or another reputed institution.
🎂 Age Limit
Applicants should be:
- Not less than 35 years old
- Not more than 55 years old
💰 Salary and Contract Allowance
The selected candidate will receive:
- 💵 Basic Monthly Allowance: Rs. 123,019/-
- 📈 Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
- 📝 Appointment on a one-year contract basis
- 🔄 The contract may be renewed yearly based on performance.
