🎯 Who Can Apply?
Applicants should meet the following basic qualifications:
1️⃣ G.C.E. (O/L) Qualification
Applicants must have:
- Passes in six subjects, including credit passes in Sinhala and Arts
- At least an average pass in Mathematics
- The required results should be obtained in one sitting/certificate, according to the notice.
2️⃣ G.C.E. (A/L) Qualification
- A pass in any subject at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) examination.
3️⃣ Age Requirement 🎂
Applicants must be:
- Not less than 18 years old
- Not more than 25 years old as at 19 August 2026
📝 Selection & Recruitment Process
Admission is based on a competitive selection process.
✍️ Written Tests
Candidates are required to sit for two written papers:
- 🧠 General Knowledge Test on Drama and Performing Arts
- 🗣️ Knowledge Test on the Use of Sinhala Language
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour for each paper.
🎤 Practical Interview
Candidates who successfully pass the written examination will be called for a structured interview with practical activities.
🏆 Only the top 60 candidates from the selection tests will be selected for the course.

The total fee for the two-year programme is:

The fee can be paid either:
- 💳 As a one-time payment, or
- 🧾 In four instalments: Rs. 75,000 + Rs. 45,000 + Rs. 40,000 + Rs. 40,000
