The Japanese Government is conducting skills tests for Specially Skilled Workers (SSW) in Sri Lanka. These examinations provide an opportunity for eligible candidates who wish to work in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Programme.
The skills tests are scheduled to be held in Colombo from 1 September 2026 to 20 September 2026.

📌 Important Instructions for SSW Test Applicants

1️⃣ Create an Email Address
📧 You must have a valid email address before applying for the SSW skills test.
2️⃣ Obtain a Prometric ID
🪪 It is mandatory to prepare a Prometric ID before appearing for the aptitude or skills test.
Candidates should follow the registration instructions available on the official Prometric SSW test portal.
3️⃣ Examination Fees
💳 Examination fees can only be paid using a Visa Card.
Payment may also be made using another person’s Visa Card when paying the examination fee.
4️⃣ Examination Centre Details
📨 After successful registration, the relevant examination centre and its address will be sent to your registered email address.
