To qualify for this Head of Human Resources vacancy in Sri Lanka, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
OR Chartered Qualification in HRM (CQHRM) by CIPM - Master’s Degree in HRM (distinct advantage)
- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience
- At least 5 years in a Senior Management position
- Experience in NBFI/Banking sector (added advantage)
- Age below 45 years
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
