• Bachelor’s Degree (HRM / Business / Public Administration or relevant field) recognized by UGC
• Master’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 14 years managerial experience (External Candidates)
• Age: 35 – 55 years
• Salary Scale: Rs. 152,500 – 214,000

🔹 Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Electronic & Telecommunication)

• B.Sc. Engineering Degree (UGC recognized)
• Minimum 1 year post-qualifying experience
• Associate Membership of IESL
• Registration with Engineering Council Sri Lanka (ECSL)
• Age: 22 – 45 years
• Salary Scale: Rs. 96,650 – 173,200

🔹 Surveyor

• B.Sc. Degree in Surveying Sciences (UGC recognized)
• Associate Membership of recognized Chartered Institution
• Valid license from Land Survey Council
• 1 year experience
• Age: 22 – 45 years
• Salary Scale: Rs. 96,650 – 173,200

🔹 Superintendents (Mechanical / Electrical)

• NVQ Level 5 certificate (TVEC approved)
• Age: 18 – 45 years
• Salary Scale: Rs. 50,540 – 90,270

🔹 Technical & Skilled Posts (Auto Electrician, Mechanic, Operator, etc.)

• NVQ Level 4 (or relevant vocational qualification)
• Internal candidates may apply with required experience
