1. 👨‍💼 Assistant General Manager – Human Resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Management, Public Administration, Commerce or another relevant degree recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• A Postgraduate Degree or Master’s Degree in the relevant field, or full membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institution relevant to the post.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience at Managerial Level, including at least 5 years at Senior Managerial Level in the relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, IT Engineering, Software Engineering or another relevant degree recognized by the UGC.
• Postgraduate/Master’s qualification in the relevant field or Associate Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institution.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience at Managerial Level, including at least 5 years at Senior Managerial Level in the relevant field.
