💰 Salary Scale
Successful candidates will receive a salary under the MN 1-2025 salary scheme.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
🇱🇰 Citizenship
✔ Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
📍 Residency Requirement
Applicants must satisfy one of the following:
✅ Have lived continuously in the Northern Province for at least 3 years within the last 6 years, OR
✅ Applicant or parents must have been born in the Northern Province and resided there continuously for 5 years.
Proof of residence will be required.
🎂 Age Limit
Applicants must be:
- ✅ Minimum 18 years
- ✅ Maximum 30 years
Government employees are exempt from the maximum age limit according to applicable regulations.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Applicants must have:
✔ Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination with at least 6 subjects, including:

- ➕ Mathematics
AND
✔ Passed at least one subject in the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
🏥 Professional Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
✅ NVQ Level 2 or equivalent vocational qualification
AND
✅ Successfully completed a 3-month Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution approved by the National Institute of Traditional Medicine (NITM)/Department of Ayurveda.
💪 Physical Requirements
Applicants should:
✔ Be physically and mentally fit
✔ Be at least 5 feet 3 inches in height
✔ Be able to serve anywhere within the Northern Province.
