🎓 Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

✅ G.C.E. (O/L) with six subjects including:

• Sinhala/Tamil Language
• Mathematics
• English

with at least five (05) credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings.

AND

✅ G.C.E. (A/L) with three subjects in one sitting.

🛠️ Professional / Technical Qualifications

Candidates should have:

✅ NVQ Level 05 qualification

OR

✅ National Certificate in Technology in:

• Electrical Drafting
• Electrical Engineering

or an equivalent recognized qualification.

💼 Required Experience

Applicants should have:

🔹 Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in:

• CAD drafting and modelling
• Electrical utility projects
• Power sector projects

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

⚡ Distribution networks
⚡ Electrical substations

---

💻 Technical Skills Required

Candidates should have knowledge and experience in:

✔ AutoCAD proficiency
✔ FreeCAD and/or SolidWorks working knowledge
✔ Utility drawing standards
✔ Revision control procedures
✔ Preparing drawings according to engineers’ instructions

🎂 Age Limit

Applicants should be:

✅ Below 40 years of age as at 03rd August 2026
