🎓 Required Qualifications

Applicants must satisfy one of the following educational qualifications.

✅ External Candidates

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance or Commerce from a University recognized by the UGC

OR

• 📘 Intermediate Level qualification of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)

OR

• 📗 Intermediate Level qualification of CIMA

OR

• 📙 Intermediate Level qualification of ACCA

💼 Experience

Applicants should possess:

• ✔ At least 03 years of experience in Financial Management in:
  • Regional Plantation Company
  • Government Department
  • Corporation
  • Statutory Board
  • Reputed Mercantile Establishment

👨‍💼 Internal Candidates

• ✔ Minimum 05 years of experience as:
  • Finance Officer
  • Internal Audit Officer
• Must be in Junior Manager Category Grade I

💰 Salary Details

💵 Salary Scale

MM 1-1

Rs. 91,690 – 2,480 x 10 – 3,450 x 15 – Rs.168,240

💲 Basic Salary

Rs. 81,710.00 (Effective from 01.01.2026 according to Management Services Circular No. 01/2025)

🎂 Age Limit

• ✅ Minimum Age: 25 Years
• ✅ Maximum Age: 45 Years
