⭐ Key Responsibilities of CEO

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the successful management of the company.

Main duties include:

✅ Develop long-term strategies to improve company performance.

✅ Oversee operational, financial, and administrative activities.

✅ Ensure sustainability and productivity in:

• 🌴 Coconut plantations
• 🍃 Rubber cultivation
• 🍵 Tea plantations
• 🌾 Other agricultural and non-agricultural activities managed by KPL

✅ Promote innovation, transparency, and good governance.

✅ Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams efficiently.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

👤 External Candidates

Applicants should have:

✔ A Bachelor’s Degree in:

• 🌱 Agriculture
• 🔬 Science
• 💼 Business Management
• Or an equivalent field recognized by the University Grants Commission

AND

✔ A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in a relevant field

OR

✔ Associate Membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institution in Management.

💼 Required Professional Experience

Candidates must have:

✔ Minimum 16 years of managerial-level experience after obtaining the first degree.

✔ At least 5 years of experience at Senior Managerial Level.

✔ Proven experience in:

• Corporate management
• Board-level or reputed mercantile organization management
• Coconut production and processing
• Plantation sector leadership
• Human resource management

👥 Internal Candidate Requirements

Internal applicants should have:

✔ Required educational qualifications mentioned above.

✔ Minimum 5 years satisfactory service in a Senior Manager (HM/MM) category position relevant to the post.

✔ Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage human and other resources effectively.

🎂 Age Limit

Applicants should be:

🔹 Minimum Age: 35 Years
🔹 Maximum Age: 55 Years

💰 Salary Details

The selected candidate will receive the salary applicable under MSD 1/2025 salary scale.

Salary Scale:

💵 HM-2-1 2025: Rs. 161,140 – 12 × Rs. 4,850 – Rs. 219,340
