🖥️ 1. System Analyst – 01 Vacancy

🎓 Required Qualifications

External Applicants:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a university recognized by the UGC.
• Minimum one year of post-qualifying experience in a Government Department, Corporation, Board, or reputed Mercantile Establishment.

Internal Applicants:

Employees who have completed a minimum of five (05) years of satisfactory service in a post of IT Assistant in Grade II of the Management Assistant (Technological / Technical) Category.

🛠️ Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating data systems of the Authority.
• Developing data systems.
• Maintaining data systems.
• Performing duties related to the Authority’s information systems.

💰 Contract Remuneration

JM-1-1 – Rs. 65,633/- + Cost of Living Expenses

The salary scale is applicable in accordance with the provisions of Management Service Circular 01/2025 and will be effective from 01 January 2026.

• Minimum age: 22 years
• Maximum age: 45 years
• The maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.

💻 2. Information Technology Assistant – 02 Vacancies

🎓 Required Qualifications

Applicants should fulfill the following educational requirements:

(a) Passed G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination in six subjects with four Credit passes, including:

• Sinhala/Tamil
• English Language
• Mathematics

The examinations should have been completed in one sitting.

(b) Passed the required number of subjects, except for the common question paper, at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination to reach the performance level required for Tertiary Education.

🏅 Professional Qualification

Applicants should have successfully completed a Diploma or Certificate Course not below NVQ Level 5, conducted by a recognized Technology Training Institute in the relevant field.

🛠️ Job Description

The selected candidate will be required to:

• Maintain data systems.
• Perform work related to data systems.
• Apply relevant software.

💰 Contract Remuneration

MA-2-1 – Rs. 46,960/- + Cost of Living Expenses

The salary scale is applicable according to Management Service Circular 01/2025 and will be effective from 01 January 2026.

🎂 Age Limit

Applicants should be:

• Not less than 18 years
• Not more than 45 years

The age is considered as at the closing date of applications. The maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.
