Position: Internal Auditor

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective internal control systems and procedures.
• Conduct routine, regular, and random investigations.
• Check documents, cash, and stores.
• Monitor financial and accounting processes.

🎓 Qualifications (External Candidates):

Applicants should possess one of the following:

✅ Intermediate level qualification of:

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)
  OR
• Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
  OR
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

OR

✅ Four-year Honours Degree in Management or Commerce.

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in a Government Department, Corporation, Board, or reputed mercantile establishment.

⭐ Additional Advantage:

Knowledge of computerized accounting environments will be an added advantage.

MM 1-2 (2025)

Position: Engineering Assistant (Civil)

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Engineer in:
  • Maintenance activities
  • Construction estimation
  • Planning and designing civil works
  • Preparation of BOQs
  • Material schedules
  • Cost estimates
  • Tender documents

🎓 Qualifications (External Candidates):

Applicants should have:

✅ National Diploma in Technology (Civil)

OR

✅ National Diploma in Engineering Sciences (NDES)

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 6 years post-qualifying experience in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Government Departments, Corporations, Boards, or reputed mercantile establishments.

⭐ Additional Advantage:

Experience in civil maintenance activities and electrical (power) work will be beneficial.

💰 Salary Scale:

JM 1-2 (2025)
Rs. 74,010/- + 10 x Rs. 1,360/- + 18 x Rs. 2,040/-
Maximum: Rs. 124,330/- per month.

Position: Technological Officer (Filter Plant)

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out activities related to the Filter Plant.
• Provide technical support to the Institute.
• Assist managerial and technological operations.

🎓 Qualifications:

Applicants should have:

✅ Certificate of Proficiency in the relevant field
(Not below NVQ Level 5)

Certificate should be issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.

MA 2-2 (2025)

Rs. 50,540/- + 10 x Rs. 540/- + 7 x Rs. 630/- + 4 x Rs. 1,080/- + 20 x Rs. 1,280/-

Maximum: Rs. 90,270/- per month.
