✅ A Two-Year Diploma with a Certificate in Secretarial Practice (or equivalent qualification) with at least 5 years of relevant experience

💻 Computer Skills

✅ An acceptable qualification in computer applications of not less than 6 months duration obtained from a recognized institution.

Candidates should possess:

• 🌐 Excellent English and Sinhala/Tamil secretarial abilities
• 📄 Strong word processing skills

The examination includes two papers:

🎯 Structured Interview

Candidates obtaining 40% or above in each written paper will be called for the structured interview.

A minimum of 40% marks must be obtained at the interview stage.

💰 Salary and Benefits

Salary Scale

💵 Rs. 85,305 – 3 x 2,020 – 91,365 (EB) 93,765; 12 x 2,400 – 122,565 per month
