📌 Position Details

🎓 Required Qualifications

Applicants must satisfy one of the following qualification pathways:

✅ Option 1 – B.Sc. Engineering Degree

• Bachelor of Science (Engineering) specializing in Civil Engineering.
• Degree must be recognized by the UGC and IESL.
• Registered as an Associate Engineer or above with the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL).

✅ Option 2 – Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BET)

• Degree specializing in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Technology.
• Recognized by the UGC.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in Civil Engineering works.
• Registered as an Affiliate Engineer or above with ECSL.

✅ Option 3 – National Diploma in Technology (NDT)

• National Diploma in Technology specializing in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 07 years of experience in Civil Engineering works.
• Registered as an Incorporated Engineer or above with ECSL.

⚠️ Note: In-plant training periods will not be counted toward the required experience.

📝 Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected through a:

🎯 Structured Interview

• Applicants must obtain at least 40% marks at the interview.
• Selection will be based on merit among eligible candidates.

💰 Salary Scale

The approved salary scale for the post is:

Rs. 85,305 – 93,765 (EB) – 122,565 per month
