🎓 Educational Qualifications

Assistant General Manager (Administration)

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications:

✅ A degree from a recognized university in:

• Management
• Commerce
• Business Administration
• Public Administration
• Law
• Human Resource Management

with 03 years of executive-level experience in a recognized organization.

OR

✅ A 04-year Diploma in Accounting/Commerce from a Technical College or Higher Technological Educational Institute with 04 years of executive-level experience.

OR

✅ Having earned 10 salary increments in a staff category position in the relevant field of the Cooperative Society together with a degree from a recognized university.

📋 Assistant General Manager (Projects)

Applicants should have:

✅ A degree in Project Management

OR

✅ A degree from a recognized university with Business Management as a subject area

with 03 years of executive-level experience in a recognized organization.

OR

✅ A 04-year Diploma in Accounting/Commerce with 04 years of executive-level experience.

OR

✅ Having earned 10 salary increments in a relevant staff category position together with a recognized university degree.

💰 Salary Details

💵 Salary Scale: E.3.1. III

Rs. 43,800 – 750 × 10 – 840 × 10 – 935 × 05 – Rs. 81,765

Additional benefits include:

✅ Living allowance of Rs. 17,800/-
✅ Other allowances approved by the Cooperative Employees Commission

Approximate monthly salary: Rs. 73,500/-
