1. Director (Education and Testing)

Number of Vacancies: 01

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement annual and quarterly stimulant testing programs.
• Conduct awareness and educational programs for athletes.
• Coordinate with testing officers and relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with anti-doping regulations.
• Assist in achieving organizational objectives and strategic goals.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Sports Science, Management, or a related field recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s Degree) in a relevant field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in a managerial position within a Government institution, Government Corporation, Statutory Board, or recognized private institution.

Age Limit

• Between 35 and 55 years.

Salary Scale

HM 1-1-2025

• Rs. 140,640 – 202,140
• Additional government-approved allowances applicable.

2. Director (Empowerment and Implementation)

Number of Vacancies: 01

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor anti-doping regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with national and international institutions.
• Update regulations and ensure institutional compliance.
• Provide strategic leadership and administrative support.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Criminology recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s Degree) in a relevant field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 13 years of relevant managerial experience in Government, Government Corporations, Statutory Boards, or recognized private institutions.

Age Limit

• Between 35 and 55 years.

• Additional government-approved allowances applicable.

3. Driver

Number of Vacancies: 02

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain agency vehicles.
• Provide transport facilities for official duties.
• Maintain running charts and fuel records.
• Ensure vehicles remain in good operational condition.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should:

• Have passed six (06) subjects with at least two credit passes in not more than two sittings at the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination.

Professional Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.
• Minimum three (03) years of driving experience after obtaining the license.

Age Limit

• Between 18 and 45 years.

Salary Scale

PL 3 – 2025

• Rs. 43,280 – 67,040
