Instructions to Candidates

Applications shall be prepared as per the specimen indicated in this notification (In the size of A4 paper) and the duly perfected applications shall be sent by Registered Post to the address “Secretary, Urban Council, Kalutara” before 2nd September, 2017 indicating the post applied for on the top left corner of the envelope in which the application is enclosed. Candidates who are already in Public or Provincial Public Service shall send their applications through the respective Head of Department. Applications received after the closing date and applications which are not duly perfected will be rejected without prior notice.
