Support to Colombo Urban Regeneration Project (AIIB) Vacancies 2026
The Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced citizens of Sri Lanka for multiple vacancies under the Support to Colombo Urban Regeneration Project – AIIB.
This project is funded by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) with financing of USD 158 million for housing development and urban regeneration in Colombo and its suburbs.
The project is executed by the Ministry and implemented by the Urban Development Authority (UDA).
📌 Project Details
- Project Value: Above US$ 25 million and less than US$ 200 million
- Salary Categories: As per Management Services Department Circular No. 01/2026
- Contract Basis: 1 year (extendable based on performance)
Experience in foreign-funded and high-rise construction projects will be an added advantage.
