🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must fulfill one of the following requirements:

a) Service Requirements

• Experience in Management Assistant’s Service Grade I
  OR
• Officer in Grade II with at least 08 years of active and satisfactory service
  OR
• Officer in Grade II with a Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission in:
  • Human Resource Management
  • Public Administration
  • Public Management
  • Business Administration

b) Service Period

• Must have completed 05 years of satisfactory service immediately preceding the date of promotion.

c) Internal Candidates

• Should meet the above criteria and possess a recognized Degree in the relevant fields.

🎂 Age Limit

• Should not be more than 50 years
• (Age limit not applicable for internal candidates)

🏢 Job Profile

The selected candidate should have:

• Good knowledge of office practices and systems
• Understanding of current circular instructions
• Knowledge of Establishment Code and State Policy provisions related to institutional functions
