🎓 Qualifications

Applicants should possess one of the following professional qualifications:

✔ Member of:

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka
• Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA – UK)
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK)

💼 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 08 years’ experience as an Accountant or Internal Auditor.
• At least 06 years post-qualification experience.
• Degree in Business Management or Administration from a recognized university.

MM 1-3 (2025): Rs. 96,650 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – 173,200

🎂 Age Limit

• Less than 50 years on the closing date.
• Age relaxation available for government and semi-government employees.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

✔ B.Sc. Engineering Degree or equivalent recognized engineering qualification

OR

✔ Passed the First or Second Sections of the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL) or Institution of Civil Engineers (UK)

AND

✔ Corporate Membership of IESL or Institution of Civil Engineers (UK)

💼 Experience

• Minimum 06 years of service as an Engineer
• At least 02 years in Grade II
• Experience in highways, bridges, or civil engineering projects

• Construction works related to Civil Engineering

✔ Associate Membership in IESL

OR

✔ NVQ Level 07 or equivalent qualification relevant to Civil Engineering

OR

✔ Special Grade Technical Officer in NCR Provincial Road Development Authority with required professional qualifications

✔ National Certificate in Technology (Civil) conducted by the Department of Examinations.
