✅ NVQ Level 4 Certificate or higher

✅ Qualification issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC)

✅ Qualification relevant to the applied post

Applicants must satisfy one of the following:

✅ Meet the qualifications required for external candidates

OR

✅ Be a Primary Level Skilled Employee (PL-1) with:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Skills not below NVQ Level 2
• Successful completion of a Trade Test
