🎓 Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
✅ Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
✅ A Degree from a local or foreign university recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
OR
✅ Associate Member or passed finalist of the Banking & Finance examination from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka / London, with 02 years of post-qualifying experience in a recognized financial institution.
OR
✅ Associate Member or passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants / The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka / The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with 02 years of post-qualifying experience in a recognized financial institution.
💻 Computer literacy is essential.
🎂 Applicants should be 35 years of age or below as at 30.09.2026.
⭐ Preference Will Be Given To Candidates With
Candidates with the following qualifications or experience will receive preference:
🔹 Banking experience in Accounts / Credit / Compliance / Treasury / Risk and IT
🔹 Part or full qualification in Banking and Finance from IBSL
