⚡ 01. Supervisor (Electrical) – Grade III

🎓 Qualifications

Applicants should possess either:

Option 1:

• National Certificate in Technology or equivalent qualifications, with 3 years of experience, which may be obtained while following the NCT course.

OR

Option 2:

• Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in 6 subjects at not more than two sittings.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Supervisor in the relevant field in a Government, Local Government, State Corporation, or recognized Engineering Establishment.

🎓 Qualifications

Applicants should possess either:

Option 1:

• National Certificate in Technology or equivalent qualifications, with 3 years of experience, which may be obtained while following the NCT course.

OR

Option 2:

• Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in 6 subjects at not more than two sittings.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Supervisor in the relevant field in a Government, Local Government, State Corporation, or recognized Engineering Establishment.

UMT 1 (III): Rs. 51,095 – 7×540; 10×640 – 60,575 p.m.

💼 03. Management Assistant (Shroff) – Grade III

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six subjects at one sitting, with credit passes in:

1. Sinhala Language / Tamil Language
2. English Language / English Literature
3. Mathematics

AND

Applicants should have passed all subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination at one sitting, except the Common General Paper.

💻 Computer Qualifications

Applicants should also possess either:

• An acceptable qualification in computer applications of not less than six months’ duration from a recognized institute.

OR

• At least two years of experience in the use of computer application packages.

📌 Post-Specific Qualifications

Out of the three passes expected at the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) Examination, one should be for Accountancy under the general educational qualifications mentioned in the Scheme of Recruitment.

👤 General Requirements

Applicants must:

💳 Provident Fund Contribution

The selected candidate will be a member of the Universities Provident Fund and the Universities Pension Scheme.

The employee will contribute 10% of their monthly salary to the Universities Provident Fund. The employer will contribute a total equivalent to 15% of the employee’s salary, while 8% will be credited to the Universities Pension Fund and 7% to the Universities Provident Fund.

Government-approved allowances applicable to the University system will also be paid.
