🎓 Qualifications

Applicants should be Specialist Medical Officers with:

• 🩺 MD Board Certification in Neurosurgery from the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine (PGIM), University of Colombo.
• 📜 Registration in the Specialist Medical Register at SLMC with a Specialist Registration Number.

🎂 Age Limit

• 🏢 Permanent Appointment: Age should not exceed 55 years.
• 📄 Contract or Secondment Basis: No age limit is required.

💰 Salary Scale

The salary scale for the position is:

SL 03 – Rs. 210,000/- – 12 × 6,530/- – Rs. 288,360/- p.m.
(Effective from 01.01.2027)

✨ In addition to the basic salary, applicable government sector allowances and other allowances approved by the Board will also be paid.
