🎓 Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination with six subjects including Sinhala/Tamil language and Mathematics, with not more than two sittings.
🏥 Professional Qualifications
Candidates should have:
✅ At least one year of experience in attendant duties at:
- A government hospital
- A pharmacy
- A registered private hospital or pharmacy under the Health Department
- Another recognized institution related to attendant services
👤 Other Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
✅ Be physically and mentally fit to perform duties within the North Central Province.
✅ Be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
✅ Have a good character.
📝 Selection Method
Eligible applicants will be selected based on marks obtained at a structured interview conducted by the North Central Provincial Public Service Commission.

🏠 Shanthisevana Elders’ Home – Saliyapura
🏠 Supas Elders’ Home – Bulnewa
💰 Salary Details
The salary scale applicable for this position is:
💵 PL-2 Salary Scale
Rs. 41,800 – 65,560/-
Additional approved government allowances, including cost of living allowance, will also be paid according to government regulations.
🎯 Age Limit
Applicants should:
✅ Be not less than 18 years of age
✅ Not exceed 45 years of age
(The upper age limit does not apply to current government employees.)
