🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should fulfill the following requirements:

✅ Full qualification in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA
✅ A degree in Finance or Accountancy will be an added advantage

AND

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
✅ Experience in private sector service industry or higher educational institutions is preferred

AND

✅ Good knowledge of:

• 📊 Accounting packages (preferably QuickBooks)
• 💻 Computerized accounting systems
• 🧾 Corporate tax handling
• 📑 Preparation of financial accounts and budgets

✅ Excellent:

📌 Appointment:
The appointment will be on contract or permanent cadre, subject to a three-year probation period. The contract may be extended according to the decision of the Council of the Institute of Chemistry Ceylon.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have:

✅ Part qualification in CA / ACCA / CIMA or full qualification in AAT

AND

✅ Degree in:

• 🎓 B.Sc.
• 🎓 B.Com.
• 🎓 BBM

in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

AND

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Reputed firms
• Institutes
• Government service

Preference will be given to candidates with:

✔ Knowledge of accounting packages
✔ Experience in computerized accounting environments
✔ Corporate tax knowledge

📅 Appointment Details

The appointment will initially be for a one-year renewable contract depending on performance.

After successful completion of the contract period, candidates may be considered for permanent cadre appointment subject to a three-year probation period.

Selected candidates will receive:

💰 Monthly all-inclusive allowance: Rs. 85,300/=

during the contract period.

✔ Working on weekends is essential. Two weekdays will be provided as off days instead.
