📝 Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

✅ Handling legal matters related to the Sri Lanka Tea Board.

✅ Liaising and coordinating with the Attorney General’s Department and other legal authorities.

✅ Advising management on legal issues arising from organizational activities.

✅ Providing legal guidance and briefings to the Board’s management.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Essential Qualifications

• ⚖️ Must be an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka.
• 📚 Minimum 03 years of experience in legal activities.

• 🎓 Possession of an LLB Degree will be considered an added advantage.

💰 Salary & Allowances

The position falls under the MM 1-1 Salary Scale.

Salary Scale

💵 Rs. 91,690 – 168,240 per month

Current Salary Structure

• Basic Salary Step: Rs. 81,710
• Approved Allowances Included
• Estimated Gross Monthly Salary: Rs. 124,510

🎂 Age Limit

✔ Be at least 22 years old

✔ Not exceed 45 years of age

✔ Upper age limit does not apply to candidates currently employed in the Public Sector.
