🎓 Educational Qualifications

👨‍🎓 External Candidates

Applicants should fulfill one of the following qualifications:

✅ Option 1

✔️ A Degree in one of the following fields recognized by the UGC:

• Financial Management
• Accountancy
• Commerce
• Business Administration
• Human Resource Management
• Public Administration
• Any other relevant degree

AND

✔️ Minimum one year post-qualifying experience in:

• Accounting
• Administration

Experience should be gained after obtaining the first degree in a:

🏢 Corporation
🏢 Board
🏢 Institution
🏢 Reputed private establishment

✅ Option 2

✔️ Passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute relevant to the position.

AND

✔️ Minimum one year post-qualifying experience in accounting or administration.

👥 Internal Candidates

Applicants should have:

✅ Qualifications required for external candidates

OR

✅ Minimum five (05) years satisfactory service in a Junior Manager (JM) category position related to the subject area.

🎂 Age Limit

📌 Applicants should be:

✅ Not less than 22 years
✅ Not more than 45 years

(Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.)

💰 Salary Details

💵 Salary Scale: MM 1-1-2025

Rs. 91,690 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – Rs. 168,240

Additional government-approved allowances will also be provided.
