Supreme Courts Complex Board of Management Vacancies 2026 – ICT Officer & ICT Assistant Recruitment
The Supreme Courts Complex Board of Management, established under Act No. 50 of 1987, has invited applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens to fill vacancies in its Information and Communication Technology (ICT) division.
Applications are invited for the following permanent positions:
- Information and Communication Technology Officer – Grade II (JM 1-1)
- Information and Communication Technology Assistant – Grade III (MA 2-2)

1. Information and Communication Technology Officer – Grade II (JM 1-1)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Repairing, maintaining and testing ICT equipment.
- Managing network-related systems and infrastructure.
- Supervising ICT-related activities.
- Preparing and submitting technical reports and updates.
- Performing duties assigned by the Head of Division and Chief Executive Officer.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following:
Option 1
A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Information and Communication Technology
- Network Management
- Or a related field
Option 2
NVQ Level 7 Certificate in a relevant ICT field issued by a Technical Vocational Training Institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
Option 3
NVQ Level 6 Certificate in a relevant ICT field plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a government institution, state corporation, board, or statutory body after obtaining the qualification.
Option 4
NVQ Level 5 Certificate in a relevant ICT field plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in a government institution, state corporation, board, or statutory body after obtaining the qualification.
Internal Applicants
Applicants currently serving in the Management Assistant Technology category may apply if they:
- Fulfil the external qualifications.
- Have completed at least 5 years of satisfactory service in Grade II of the relevant category.

- Minimum Age: 22 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
Salary Scale
JM 1-1
Rs. 72,650 – 10 x 1,360 – 18 x 2,040 – 122,970

2. Information and Communication Technology Assistant – Grade III (MA 2-2)
Number of Vacancies: 01
Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment.
- Assisting with network management activities.
- Testing and operating ICT systems.
- Preparing reports and updates.
- Supporting the ICT division in day-to-day operations.
Educational Qualifications
External Applicants
Applicants should possess:
NVQ Level 5 Certificate or higher in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Information and Communication Technology
- Network Management
- Or another related ICT field
The qualification must be issued by a Technical Vocational Training Institution recognized by TVEC.
Internal Applicants
Must possess the qualifications required for external applicants.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
Salary Scale
MA 2-2
Rs. 50,540 – 10 x 540 – 7 x 630 – 4 x 1,080 – 20 x 1,280 – 90,270
Starting Basic Salary (2026)
Rs. 46,960/-
