Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly contract salary of:
Rs. 43,200 + Rs. 17,800 = Rs. 61,000 per month
Required Qualifications
Applicants must satisfy the following qualifications:
Educational Qualifications
- Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six subjects.
- Obtained at least two credit passes.
- Qualifications must be achieved in not more than two sittings.
Driving Qualifications
- Possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence issued by the Commissioner General of the Department of Motor Traffic.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience driving heavy vehicles after obtaining the licence.
General Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Be of excellent character.
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform duties anywhere in the island.
- Be between 18 and 45 years of age.
- Be willing to serve under a one-year contract.
- Bear any expenses related to written tests or practical driving tests conducted during recruitment.
- Possess technical knowledge related to vehicles.
