Milco operates an island-wide milk collection, production, and distribution network with processing plants located in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela, and Polonnaruwa. This is a prestigious senior management opportunity in a leading state-affiliated organization.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Applicants must satisfy either Qualification Path I or II below:

Qualification Path I

• A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields (recognized by the UGC of Sri Lanka):
  • Business Administration / Business Management
  • Human Resources Management
  • Marketing Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Commerce / Accountancy
  • Agriculture / Animal Science
  • Science / Food Science & Technology
  • Engineering or an equivalent qualification

AND

• A Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field OR
• Corporate Membership of a recognized Chartered Institute relevant to the post

AND

• Minimum 20 years’ managerial experience, including:
  • At least 5 years at Senior Managerial Level
  • Experience in a Corporation, Board, or reputed Mercantile Establishment

Qualification Path II

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the fields listed above (UGC recognized) AND
• A PhD Degree in a relevant discipline AND
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at Senior Managerial Level after obtaining the PhD, with a proven management track record

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale (HM 2-3 – 2025)

• Rs. 173,000 x 12 x 4,850 – Rs. 231,200
  

Initial Salary Steps

• 2026 – Rs. 150,325/-
• 2027 – Rs. 173,000/-
  

Additional Benefits

• 🚗 Company-maintained vehicle OR transport allowance with approved fuel limits

✅ Other Requirements
