Instructions to Candidates

Application forms and other particulars for the above posts could be obtained by post from the Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic Establishments) by sending a self addressed stamped envelope 22 cm x 10 cm in size or personally calling over at the Office of Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic Establishments) during work hours up to 16.08.2017.

Please download prescribed Application from the University Web Site of www.ruh.ac.lk. and relevant circulars for recruitment for the above posts from the University Grants Commission’s Web site of http://www.ugc.ac.lk/. (relevant circulars are Circular Nos. 721,935,996, 08/2005,11/2015,08/2016 for academic posts and Circular Nos. 431,725,875,921 for academic support staff posts.

All applications should be prepared in the prescribed application (PDF form) published by University Web Site and should be filled by hand writing. If any additional details, it should be attached with the application as Annexes 1,2,3….etc. separately.

The title of the post should be indicated on the top, left hand corner of the envelope. Applications which do not confirm to these requirements, incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will be rejected without intimation. Those who wish to apply for more than one post, should send separate application forms for each post.

Candidates from Public Service/Corporations/Statutory Boards should channel their applications through their Heads of Departments/Corporations/Boards.
