On the top left hand corner of the envelope in which the application is enclosed post applied for has to be mentioned. delayed or incomplete applications will be rejected. applicants who are already in the Public Service or Provincial Public Service should send their applications through their Head of departments. Certified copies of following certificates should be attached with the application :

3. Copy of National identity Card,
4. Grama Niladari’s Certificate counter signed by Divisional Secretary to prove the residence,
5. Certificate of experience over 03 years,
6. 02 Recent character certificates.
