Calling in personally or sending your request for applications on or before 07th April 2017 to the Registrar, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Kuliyapitiya: along with a self addressed stamped (Rs. 70/-) envelope (32 x 25 cm) and a Money Order (Post Office, Kuliyapitiya) for Rs. 1 000/= drawn in favour of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, (Cheques will not be accepted)

Rs. 1 000/- should be paid in favour of Collection Account No: 0002874770 of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka at any branch of Bank of Ceylon. When submitting application the payment receipt should be attached along with the application.
