Instructions to Candidates
Duly completed applications should accompany the original copy of a receipt obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of LKR 1,000/- (Sri Lankan Rupees) to any branch of the Bank of Ceylon, in favour of “Vice-Chancellor, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University” to be credited to the Current Account Number ”9405831” of the Bank of Ceylon, Idama Branch, Moratuwa.
Applications should be sent along with certified true copies of Birth Certificate, G.C.E. (O/L) / and G.C.E. (A/L) result sheets. Applicants should also enclose a stamp for the value of LKR 40/- (Rupees Forty), along with the application.
The degree code/s of the degree programme/s applied for, should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope.
Please do not separate page 5 from your application. You should write your address and paste a stamp wroth for LKR 10/= (Rupees Ten) on the space provided on the same page for the purpose of confirming the receipt of your application.
Completed application forms should be forwarded under a registered cover to reach the “Registrar, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Ratmalana” by closing date.
Applications not satisfying the basic qualifications, incomplete or not conforming to the required standards will be rejected without any intimation to the applicant.
